Just as an FYI, reverting back to a (much)previous beta does fix the
issue.(what revision number it is, I'm not sure now. During one of my
cleanups before I realized the extent of this issue I deleted my saved
beta rpm's... :(, but I know it was working.) 

I also fresh installed 7.5.1 as a sanity check and it works fine as
well.

So to any question of whether a dependency is missing off the system...
it was working before and should still be there unless SBS is deleting
stuff it shouldn't be during the upgrade/install.

Mnyb: Bugzilla dosent like my current email addy, which is why I've
never added to anything there. When I get a chances I'll grab another
address somewhere and post with that.
