The Radio and Touch have many configuration settings that cannot be changed from the web interface, unlike past Squeezeboxes. If there's a 'fixed 100% volume' setting then it must be set or changed in the settings available on the Radio itself. I thought fixed volume was only supposed to be an option on the Touch, but I could be wrong.
A lot of people have had volume changes magically pushed to the Radio by mysqueezebox.com. The syncing of setting between the local server and mysb.com has never worked correctly for many users.
