I hadn't had any real problems with the Radio up until just the past month or so. Now, it's nearly unusable, with constant connection problems. One of the things I see is reminiscent of some behavior that I remember with the Touch during beta testing a couple years ago... If the Radio fails to connect to a server, the 'try a different server' option _never_ works.
Tonight was another example: I keep the Radio in the bathroom synced to an SB2 in the kitchen. I wanted to play some music and entered My Music using the Radio's front panel interface. But the only selection in the menu was 'Switch Library'. So I selected the same library, but My Music remained empty. Switch to a different server, that works. Try to switch back. Can't connect. Cycle the power. Afterward it thinks it's connected to the original server, but when entering My Music it just spins trying to connect. I gave up. Later, I go into the web interface from my PC and the Radio appears connected to the server that it says it can't connect to. And I can play music through the Radio from the web interface. Behavior from last week (r9155): Same scenario, with the Radio synced to the SB2. I play something (from the web interface, IIRC), but when I enter the room there's nothing playing. I touch the volume control, which was at about 70 and it begins playing. After about 10 or 15 minutes it shuts off again (the SB2 keeps playing), and displays the clock (Off) screensaver.
