Andy, I understand that Logitech has no control over 3rd party software, but there is something in the later releases of SBS that is causing foreign character problems that did not happen with earlier releases of SBS using the same version of the 3rd party software. I know these releases are still in beta and that not all functions will work as expected. But these releases are so far into the development cycle that I fear I'm going to loose some function because some 3rd party apps are unable to properly interface with SBS. Is there a clearly defined set of standards to deal with extended characters when SBS interfaces with 3rd party plugins? Off Topic: Not blaming anyone and specially not you, Andy... as you have always been quick to respond to any issue that you can shine a light on. But lately I noticed that 3rd party developers "appear" not to be getting the same level of support that they used to get. I said before and I'll say again, what makes this product great are the 3rd party developers who have created such great plugins to expand its functionality. I might be wrong, but I don't see the SBS being as "open" and as well supported as when it was under Slim Device. Logitech has deeper pockets than Slim Devices ever did, but they appear to have short arms when it comes to helping the 3rd party developers with the adequate support that they deserve.
