I just tested Moose against my 7.6 library (on a Linux box) and it displays UTF-8 characters without any problems (see screenshot).
In your log, the track is being sent from SBS as: Samba%20da%20Ben%C3%83%C2%A7%C3%83%C2%A3o This is wrong and looks double-encoded.
