I'm seeing this problem when playing a large playlist (225 tracks) when using the iPeng app on iPhone or iPad. CPU usage on the SBS (2 GHz MacBook, 10.6.5) goes to 100%, and it takes 2 minutes for a 225 track playlist to start playing properly. Adding and playing the same playlist from a web browser works fine (with iPeng not running).
