The collation problem has been around for 3-4 weeks now; so that is not the cause. But it can't help performance. I can't say if there are other unusual things in the logfile.
Are you running on Windows? Then remember to disable autoscan. What antivirus are you using? Do you need to make exceptions for SBS files?! For some antivirus it is required.. try and search the forum.
