Maybe, but it is not really easy to do. Actually, there is a field that
is added as second line in SP menus when circumstances are appropriate.
It does this on the assumption that the main line does not contain
ARTIST and/or ALBUM (as appropriate). SP uses the WebUIs title format.

For the moment, I am inclined to leave this to something that could be
achieved with titleformat for those that care enough.

Artwork in playlists is something I added in one-browser. Maybe I
should revert that, although I quite like it.

I do not think that the the reuse of the cookie will cause much
confusion. You are either a big-artwork user, in which case you get
small artwork with the playlist; or a small-artwork or text-only user,
in which case everything is consistent.
