Wanted to run SBS 7.6 trunk on a linux box, and have installed an SVN
client. I've created a firectory under my 'home', named

SQ76trunk

I've read the wiki page on betas and understand they are just for
testing. Never used SVN before but, following various howtos and the
SVN manpage, I am using this command:

svn checkout http://svn.slimdevices.com/repos/slim/7.6/trunk/
SQ76trunk

(hope that's correct!)

It has begun downloading - it lists various lines starting with

A /trunk/..[various file names]

Does anyone know (roughly) how many MB the 'trunk' checkout will be?

Could I also ask, did I need to checkout the whole trunk - or could I
have only selected the /server directory? (But if I had, presumably I
would not have the latest Softsqueexe or Squeezeplay, either?)

regards, Atlantic
