The same problems occur in 7.6 These days, if I need to do a clear & rescan, I install SqueezeboxServer-7.6.0-31885.exe , run the clear & rescan , then install a recent nightly (currently using SqueezeboxServer-7.6.0-32390.exe). I haven't been able to get any 7.6 version later than 31885 to complete a clear & rescan without crashing Marco, I too have my music on 2TB disk drives on Win XP.
