If you are interested in music related stuff, you should test 7.6
If you are interested in video or pictures via UPnP interface, you
should test LMS.
Logitech will make sure to correct the bugs in the right place but
there is a risk the video and picture stuff in LMS temporarily might
have broken the scanning for music files (since it affects common
logic), this will of course be fixed before an LMS version usable for
music is released but it might be bugs there now that doesn't exist in
7.6. So if you prefer to beta test a music system with as few bugs as
possible, it's better to spend time testing on standard 7.6 at the
moment.
As Michael said earlier this week, plans might change, but at the
moment standard 7.6 is the next music related release planned.
