For Mp3Tag, it depends which version the user has, and whether they have re-mapped tags in the options. Pre Mp3Tag v 2.47, the default is TPE2=BAND. Mp3Tag v2.47 and greater, the default is TPE2=ALBUM ARTIST Often the only way to be sure what you have actually tagged in mp3 files is to look at the file in a hex editor, and look for TPE2 or TXXX ALBUM ARTIST.
