Thank you for confirming that I wasn't doing something wrong, and thanks for 
the help on how to workaround it. I've worked on AIX for over 10 years, but I'm 
still learning about Ubuntu/Debian. Well, I guess I'm always still learning 
about AIX too, but I'm rather further along there. :) Maybe I should try to 
steal an AIX system from work and use it to run SBS...
