Firstly - I apologise for posting here as I'm neither a developer nor a
bete-tester as such, though I have been using/testing the 7.6.1 beta
builds. However, in view of the discussion about 33044 I thought this
might be useful.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.

I was using 33011 but I then installed 33044.

I ran the "Clear Library and Recan Everything" and the scan was fine -
it picked up all my files/albums/etc and took roughly the same time as
33011 (18 mins).

However, I then cleared the cache (using the Control Panel), restarted
SBS and SBS automatically began a rescan.

1) Both the Control Panel and the Web Interface showed that a scan was
in progress but there was absolutely no progress information shown in
either. If I hadn't periodically opened the scanner.log file I would
probably have thought the system had hung.

2) The scan took 1hr 12mins (as opposed to the 18mins when I did a
complete scan without clearing the cache). After the scan finished the
Web Interface showed "No music library configured" and the server.log
contained what I assume are error messages.
