Looks like I have an identical entry. The .130 IP is the SB3 that had trouble. I restarted SBS just after the problem occurred, so the log entries seem to correlate, at least time-wise. I can test this gain tomorrow if necessary. Also, the web interface to adjust Settings > Display had no affect in power off mode, but were working in Power on mode (so it was connected to SBS).
