Try to temporary uncheck the "Rescan refresh" option in TrackStat just
to make sure it isn't causing the problem, the refresh operation seems
to sometimes take long time and due to this it can definitely disturb
music.
If you have LazySearch plugin installed it's probably also a good idea
to temporarily disable that as I think it executes some code
immediately after a rescan is finished.
