I tried to pick the "Automatically Run at system startup" in the control panel and clicked Apply. When I close the control panel (by cliking ok button) and reopen it, the startup option is set to "Don't start automatically".
I then selected "...run at system..." again and clicked ok button. But same thing happens, when I open control panel again it is set to "Don't start automatically. When I select "Automatically run at login" and hit ok or apply and then reopen the control panel it works fine.
