Doing some test right now, must also add some music to scan ( with Erlands plugins enabled ), it looks promising for the minor case of not defined pic or video directory . So as long as you don't have any picture or video directories defined it' s not necessary to use --noimage and --novideo as start arguments, and the (dlna server is probably not involved at all .) So a squeezebox only user is safe as long as no picture or video directories are defined, nothing else to fiddle with.
