FYI. I've been updating the Windows EXE fairly often lately to the
latest nightly build. EVERY time I run the installer I get an error
popup with the following:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Squeezebox\SqueezeTray.exe
An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5.
Access is denied.
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not
recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.

I just hit Retry and it then works. SqueezeTray is running when this
happens.
