I need to do some additional testing, but so far this looks really good.
Adds less than a second on my Win2k8R2 server to do 3200+ albums.
One thing I notice from the log is that the updateStandaloneArtwork
routine appears to run twice in some new & changed scans. Maybe in
instances where no new artwork is precached? Here are the log entries of
two separate new & changed scans. The first scan had no new albums added
(I probably ran it to correct a tagging typo), while the second scan
added one album.
