Ok, I hope this might not get out of topic, for meanwhile it seems to
me, as if I'm experiencing a problem concerning LMS with my Network HDD
- but meanwhile in every version.

I got back to another version that had been quicker - and I'm
experiencing the same problems.

So I did my homework, tested network speed, changed cables for sure,
changed ports for sure, deactivated AntiVirus, shut down most other
background processes  - without any success. It stays slow!

Then I tried some other programs with the same config, like robocop-ying
files from the NAS to the PC HDD - quick, as it always was. (and I have
3 TB of data to back up (incremental) so I WOULD recognize if its
slower.

So for any reason, only the LMS Scanner is that slow in connection with
my NAS/Network-HDD (to ensure: I use the NAS-HDD ONLY as HDD, LMS is
running on my PC).

Last NAS update is from October, so it could not be the reason.
I didn't change the configuration, neither of the NAS nor of LMS.

So I'm thinking WHAT could slow it down since 2 weeks or so THAT much
(from 15 minutes to 3 hours!)
Any help appreciated! :-)
