OK, I'm running 7.9.0 - 1400081103, but still not getting a complete
scan.
I don't have a library.db to delete.
Running on Windows server, I had run the cleanup which removed the cache
so no .db files at all.
If I start LMS and run a 'clear library and rescan' it terminates
unexpectedly.
