Sorry for being ambiguous. I was specifically referring to search in the web UI. The only app I use is Orange Squeeze and its search produces the same result. The only 3rd party GUI I have is the extGUI4LMS plugin, which has no playlist search option. AFAICT, none of the search options in the web UI have any way to determine if a particular song is included in a playlist.
