Hi Michael, figured I'd throw out 2 things about using my boom as an
alarm clock that have irritated me for a while, and which eventually I
plan to fix but maybe if there's interest you or someone else will get
to them sooner.

First, it'd be really nice if when the alarm goes off it would save
and restore the existing playlist. If I've been listening to a big
playlist, then stop it, then the next morning my alarm goes off (set
to an internet stream of a local radio station), then later in the
afternoon I want to resume my original playlist but it's gone, and if
I hit play I get the radio station. It'd be nice to save the original
playlist as well as where I was in it (even if on random play).

Second, I really wish the alarm programming worked differently: I'd
like to program my normal wakeup times, but have the ability the night
before to override the next day's alarm for exceptional circumstances
without messing with the normal program. It's a real pain to remember
to set it back to the normal program when some exceptional wake up
time is needed. So I want a special override alarm that while active
overrides all others. Then I could program it one day with no repeat
for a single day, or even override multiple days or repeat. Ideally
you'd be able to access/program it by pressing and holding the snooze
bar (kinda similar to tapping the snooze bar to briefly display the
alarm for the next day).

Oh unrelated question while I'm writing, is there a way to briefly
flash the date and time while playing music / now playing display?

Greg
