The second issue is one that is close to my heart. When the boom first came out I was hoping there would be more options in terms of long term scheduling so I could put in the holidays and the beginning of the year or something, but that never materialized.
That said I frequently wake up before the alarm and I'm left with the choice of either coming back into the bedroom to silence it or turning the alarm off.
