Hi, I just heard this just recently, NO idea how and where it was introduced. I do believe this issue came with one of the latest updates. Never had the problem up to ~ two weeks ago or so.
I have two systems: 1. Main system in my living room, Touch running enhanced digital output Kernel (for 192Khz). 2. Second system, Squeezelite v1.8-566 feeding a Teach UD-301 DAC in the office. I have both systems synced up. I started hearing little artifacts when I listed to music with quiet parts (like the beginning of Tracy Chapmans Fast Car) on the main system with the Touch. It's little "pops" here and there. I thought my power amp was dying (again) so I switched out the power amp. Same problem. The problem disappeared once I ended Squeezelite in the office. So I think this could be because of streaming / timing issues. Everything is connected via Ethernet, no WLAN. Help is appreciated.
