Yeah, I've still been having issues with a New and Changed scan as well. Music only, no video or anything else. I can get a clear and rescan or new and changed to run right immediately after an install, but then when I do a new and changed later on, it quits. I have had issues after the failed new and changed, with a clear and rescan starting over again instead of finishing correctly. I am now trying the latest (ending 593) build to see if that helps. But I won't know more until I add more files and try a new and changed again later. Windows 7, no iTunes, no video or pictures. Had been working fine with 7.9.0 - 1437640078 but then decided to update a couple of days ago and it's been buggy since with the scan.
