Michael, I find the end of the log file relevant and not spilled. I might be wrong but to me this looks like the server returns the "empty CD case" image _before_ it tries to extract the correct artwork from the tags of the audio file. This may be the reason why this works for cached thumbnails but not the unaltered image iPeng requests.
