So you think changing the order of precedence could help?
No, I don't think so.
Still I think it's a bug to not find the artwork for the track id. A bug
that only LMS 7.9 shows.
I'd like to understand what is causing it, as the difference between the
artwork handler in 7.8 and 7.9 are absolut minimal (one line), and imho
can't have any impact on this. The difference would have to be in how
the artwork ID is generated or somthing.

That's probably a pointer. Will see whether I can find something around
