Yes and it also deletes the playlist files themselves ! But if your adding and removing or fixing your playlists with external aplications or manually . The rescans should remove lists that dont exists any more. The work around as stated in the bug report is to also delete list in the web-UI after you removed them otherwise or just remove them via the web-UI in the first place . But it is a real bug and an incosistency . The partial scans do fix and change existing playlists , but just dont do the removal of deleted ones all other aspects of the rescan seems to work .
