The problem is a bit difficult to reproduce. This is the method I find
that is most likely to show problem
1. Stop LMS
2. clear cache.db
3. start LMS, play the stream.
4. Stop and clear playlist
5. Wait about 5 minutes (time fort some cache to expoire I think)
6. Play the same URL again.
To "see" the problem even if it doesn't stop the stream playing - the
best log message to what is happening is Slim::Music::Info line 265 (set
logging database.info to INFO)

Before the patch the log will always say Content-Type is "aac" after the
patch it will be "mp3". It shows Kimmo's patch is deficient.
This patch does not always cause the stream to fail as it seems there is
some other cache which remembers the original "aac".
