I did a lot of digging today. I'm glad they expose to you guys the m4a
or mp3 or whatever file. They don't otherwise, which I'm sure you know.
Not that I have found easily yet. :)  

So the problem seems to be any file in 64 AAC won't play. Take the
output of this album using the generic developer api key.

Tra.6863330, 64 AAC, can't play it. Tra.6863331, 320 and 192, can play
it.
