each time the problem appeared, the SB Radio was playing Web radio. Could it be possible that a (faulty) player device kills the LMS service?
I don't know. Could you check whether that station requires transcoding? Also check the SqueezeSrv.exe task before you kill it next time: is it using huge amounts of resources?
