the Windows 2012 R2 Essential is running with 8 GB RAM and a core i3 CPU and SSD drives only. Could you please have a look on the LMS settings below and give me a comment if they are ok for this hardware? I have about 12800 Songs/~900 albums
I don't see any reason to change the priority values for this kind of machine. I'd up the memory configuration - you've got plenty of RAM available. Worst case it doesn't change anything. Best case you'd see a performance improvement for certain features (scanner, web UI etc.)
