Yes, I completely cleared and did a rescan. Every time I tried to rescan after deleting the db files and clearing the the library I came across the error. Also, regarding logging, in the logging config under advanced settings, I set the artwork and artwork resizing logs to debug level logging (hoping it would at least provide the specific artwork that it was failing on).
