This problem occurred actually with couple of other files too, so it was
not an file permissions issues. Manually adding symbolic links solved
the issue, but on all but neat way. I guess there is something wrong
with my default Perl-runtime settings. I haven't touched those at all,
but Perl is Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS default. After adding the symbolic links
LMS works OK.
