I'd be happy to grab the logs the next time the server stops and share them, as I'd have little idea of what to check for. How would that be?
Once it's running again there's a link in Settings/Information to download the file.
One more thing: you should try the latest 7.9.2 nightly. There has been an issue which could lead to memory issues with larger collections, leading to crashes.
