* Testing removing the click-region-edge-to-minimise functionality
It was getting very annoying, hitting it by accident and having the region
disappear. Now, you can still hide the region by resizing it down to zero, or
by using the hotkeys (i.e. N, or T in the 3D View).
Perhaps this minimising would be better done in a RMB menu on sub-regions (i.e.
like previous Header: top/bottom/hide stuff)
