I've submitted a patch to the Patch tracker (patch #23054 https://projects.blender.org/tracker/?func=detail&aid=23054&group_id=9&atid=127) to fix bug [#22725] https://projects.blender.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=22725&group_id=9&atid=498. The bug was that the text editor did not scroll. The problem is a simple "null checking" mistake.
