I have to say this is very impressive, thank you so much for starting to
work on this, alembic *IS* a very important file type, and is indeed
very compact and efficient, if you are going to do a new modifier,
please make it invisable in the list and only appear when you import
something, and have its settings in the modifier (if any) also i don't
think pydrivers are supported yet
