Howdy bf committers!

The attached patch allows bpy.ops.object.randomize_transform to randomize
pose bone transforms too, it doesn't automatically key the pose bones once
they have been randomized, because I'm not 100% sure how that should be
handled, key the channels that were affected? Key everything? Let users
choose? So right now you need to Randomize Transform then Insert Keyframe
manually.
