We can agree that "most" is a speculation? > "Unpremultiply" sounds to me like saying "unpush" instead of "pull". It might not be fantastic, it is a relatively standard term[1]. While I'm not a fan of either the Premul or Unpremul, the advantage of the "un" version is that they form a useful pair. Nuke is as attached in the JPG.
