I've noticed that lights with the same settings are rendered with obviously different intensities between Eevee and Cycles.
Is this a bug? I had thought that part of the goal for Eevee was to behave as close to Cycles as possible, allowing it to be used as a sort of "preview" for a full Cycles render. However, to my surprise I failed to find any mention of this on the tracker. Can anyone clarify if the light intensity mismatch is a bug, and worth reporting?
