The only meetings we have are once a week. One person in the lab has been assigned to present their data, what they're planning, or somesuch. They bring a laptop to connect to the projector; no one else brings one. Stuff gets discussed. People get helped with their research. Meetings are good. Then again, it's not some sort of business meeting where decisions are supposed to be made.
