Why oh why do we think we're more productive with meetings? At all? I worked for one company that scheduled a meeting for every single decision, large or small -- or microscopic. Total time-waster. But I think they felt that if they had meetings about stuff, they looked more important. And if they could find a reason to use the overhead or show charts, even better!
