I have 51 games unplayed in my collection (down from 200+ in late 2007!) and 96 games played once. But I can't think of a single game that is still in shrinkwrap. Now, about half of these unplayed games are games I received in trade or purchased used, so I've never read the rules or much bothered with them yet. Many of them I am also no longer interested in so I'll probably trade/sell them before I ever play them. However, I am on a mission to play (or get rid of) all of my unplayed games by the end of the year. Doing well so far. I'm also tryng to get all of my once/twice played games at least played 3-5 times...that'll take more than a year, no doubt but I'll also sell/ trade some of those too.
In case you didn't notice, I jump off the Cult of the New bandwagon last year. I purchased less than 10 games last year and only purchased about three brand new games.
