I'd like to see their backup/redundancy/failover procedures and protocols...I have this ominous feeling that one of these days BGG will just go "poof" and have to start from scratch because I don't think they have any of those procedures "nailed down". I'd love to hear otherwise. I think they should post their procedures so that people who donate money to the site can rest easy. I'd also like to know what kind of hardware they are running (specifically) and the bandwidth they have access to and the cost. Any time someone asks the public for money they should know where their money is going...the content on the site is contributed by users getting for their money.
