They used to go down quite often. I can't remember the last time I
noticed it go down, but it's very infrequent nowadays. I do find it a
LITTLE strange that they go down at all, but I know nothing of such
things, besides the fact that other sites I use don't. Maybe it has to
do with the vast amount of interconnected databases of information the
site tracks that endlessly stream into one another.
