Wow! That's a big work load! Ever thought to run a fund-drive to help get 
to the levels of lower maintenance/no maintenance time on your servers?

We all try to donate when we can afford to but I'm sure if you ran a 
concerted fund raiser it would do very well! Even with no gain to your 
forum users aside from a smoother-running site - though everyone likes a 
Microbadge for their efforts *wink wink*

Just a thought, I'm sure it's crossed your minds previously anyways.
