Flash Duel,

Deceptively simple and has 7 game modes in 1 box. Make sure you get the 2nd 
ed if you get it. You get 20 different fighters. Adds so much to the 
longevity of the game and it is a card based game. The playing board is 
also on some cards so it is portable. Usually play it on trips or hotels. 
Should be under $40
